The course is really intense, but you learn so much in such a short time. The great amount of practice helps the trainees to be fully prepared and qualified for teaching. The members of the school are always ready, the tutors are very prepared and friendly.

The CELTA course has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It was very demanding, but everything was facilitated by the Tutors’ and the School’s support. At the end of each day of the course I felt like I was improving as a teacher, and that all the effort I would put into the course and the practices was extremely worth the intense days I was living. I would 100% recommend taking the course!

I think my CELTA experience in Florence was the best it could have been! Everyone at the school is extremely kind and they always made sure that I had everything I needed to be my best. They took care of my needs and supported me whenever possible. The admin team is incredibly efficient and hard working, they always did things very quickly and made sure every problem was taken care of immediately. The tutors were very supportive, hardworking, and genuinely wanted to see everyone succeed. Their feedback was always honest, encouraging, and helpful. They were very resourceful and were able to take care of every unexpected challenge that came their way. If you are considering taking this course, I highly recommend it! If I could, I would do it again!

The CELTA course is an exhausting but – at the end of the day – manageable experience. The tutors were very understanding and did their best to bring out the very best of us as well and the admin team made our lives easier which was much appreciated when the going got tough.

Doing the CELTA course in Florence was an incredible experience. The tutors were really interesting and supportive and the admin team was very friendly and efficient. We had a chance to work with some wonderful students, too. I would definitely recommend doing your CELTA in this environment – even the hardest jobs are made easier by all the beauty and wonder of spending entire days in a beautiful palazzo in the centre of Florence.

Let me first start off by saying that this course is not for the faint of heart. This course will push you beyond your comfort zone, test your resolve, and make you question your sanity every single day. That being said, the support from the tutors, administrative staff, and students was amazing. If there was a problem, they were addressed within 24 hours. From printing support to teacher feedback, there was never a time I felt unsupported.

I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such professional yet warm-hearted people that helped me in this wonderful journey towards becoming an ELT. The tutors and the staff were always very kind to me, and were always ready to give me advice and cheer me up when I needed that. Everything is very organised and I have nothing but nice things to say about the whole experience.

Doing an online CELTA course via Florence was very interesting challenging and meaningful experience for me. It was definitely worth the effort, time and money. The course was very well organized and all the trainees could always receive the tutors’ support on any issue. It was a very intense experience. I learned a lot and I’ve always had my tutors by my side! It’s challenging but definitely worth it! Working online was hard at first but then I started to appreciate it more and more and I loved meeting students from ALL OVER THE WORLD! CELTA has been one of the most instructive experiences of my life. Ten weeks, worth a year and maybe more, of learning how to teach, collaborate, and improve as people and professionals. I enrolled on the online course and was a bit afraid I wouldn’t have opportunities to network, but the staff managed everything at its best. I didn’t feel distant from my colleagues at all. I also learned a lot about online teaching techniques and tools. The activities and assignments planning was on point, and our tutors were always there for us, by message and email, with lots of information and ready to point us in the right direction. It was a very supportive environment.

My experience with CELTA Florence was great. When I decided to enroll in their course, I could not picture how much I would have learned from my tutors. The CELTA course provided me with a plethora of nice feelings, unique experiences and effective teaching strategies. I was lucky to be guided by Cansu and Bahar, wonderful teacher-friendly tutors. Due to their excellent work, professional support and positive attitude I could handle challenging issues, increase my value and shape my strengths. I’ll miss our TP feedback, live sessions, week sticky, discussion forums and lots of other enjoyable interactive activities. I dedicated a great deal of time and put much effort to handle the workload throughout two months but it was of great worth. I lifted my self-confidence, built new relationships and opened a new path in my career. I appreciate the cooperative spirit of my team members and their willingness to encourage each other that enabled me to move forward in order to achieve success and meet my goals. Besides, collaborating online improved my digital skills as well. Taking the CELTA is definitely one of the most valuable decisions of my life. Go above and beyond your doubts and worries and take the CELTA course if you want to enjoy incredible changes in your life!

Taking this CELTA course has been one of my life’s most relevant formative experiences. It is not an easy course, but I’ve learnt how to teach by having a student-centred approach, creating a good rapport with my students and following a very detailed lesson plan and some strategies I’ve never been taught. The admin team and tutors were always supportive. Last but not least, the relationship you build with your peers is something incredibly valuable. I’ve learnt so much working with them.

The CELTA course I just finished with CELTA Florence was incredibly rewarding and all I can say to people who are seeking a new experience in the world of teaching English is: do it! From the beginning, the team was super efficient and once the course started, the tutors were amazing in helping us out and guiding us into the world of ESL. After roughly two intense months, I feel so good about the choice I made and I really recommend every single aspect of it! I think that the money needed for the CELTA is one of the best investments I’ve ever made for myself!

Doing CELTA was definitely an experience I knew I was missing as a language teacher. It helped me develop my understanding of the workings of the English Language and I learned so much more than I expected, such as different techniques for elicitation and concept checking questions which are so different from my own experience learning a new language. CELTA has surely helped me a lot in the developmental parts of being a teacher. The communication with the admin was swift, the CELTA team was very helpful whenever I had a question or issue that I needed help with, and this includes my online tutors, who would always be available to assist us and give us advice and direct feedback. I appreciated the availability of my tutors, especially on the weekends when you’d expect it the least. Although my course was online, I was placed in a group with 5 other candidates. We had our own chatroom where we would answer each other’s questions, help each other out with concepts that one of us may be struggling with, and just support each other in general which was great. By the end of the course we had developed a nice friendship amongst each other 🙂

I highly recommend taking Celta to those people looking to give a professional cut to their teaching career. It is a very intensive course so be prepared to long study nights and busy weekends, but the support team in Florence is amazing! I personally really enjoyed the whole journey, from inception to end, and will definitely recommend it with 2 thumbs up!
